AENIS is an electronic registration system developed for the chamber of notaries of the Armenia.
The overall aim of the project was the establishment of one integral reference working platform for the staff of Ministry of Justice and local notary office users.
The state of the art design of the system allows to control the management flow in very coherent fashion for the entire life circle of the document.
In general the system allows:
Submission of the documents to notaries offices
Electronic payment processing for the transactions
Creation of electronic archive of the documents
Generation of contracts
Handling of testaments
Verification of the documents
When developing the system, several aspects such as modularity, flexibility, interpretability are taken into account.
At the technical point of view the system can be categorized as a centralized system, where all application software and databases are located at the central system.
