ARPIS is a registration system developed for the State Committee of the Real Property Cadastre of Armenia.
The overall objective of the project was the establishment of well-functioning and fully transparent management system for securing land ownership and supporting financing and lending through the use of real property as security for loans.
In addition, the project involved development and integration of robust property map to support the planning and processing domestically.
The project breaks down into five major modules:
Document management module
Workflow module
Textual module
Map module
Web portal
Due to the higher interconnectivity of the modules, the whole system is presented to the final user as a one common reference platform, enabling them easily to manipulate within the existing modules.
Reliable structure and the user friendly interface makes the registration process of the real property much more convenient and beneficial.
